  • Abstract:  When you play a game like Genji: Days of the Blade, a next-generation title published by Sony itself, you look at it almost in disbelief. Everyone has seen the E3 videos, including the poor showing during the Sony Press conference on the big stage, and al...

  • An entirely worthless addition to anyone’s collection, Days Of The Blade isn’t worth your time or money. There’s too much wrong with it to make it even slightly attractive, and with the other launch titles it’s clearly the runt of...

  • Abstract:  Although nothing spectacular or new in terms of pure gameplay, Genji might be the best of the PS3 release titles. The graphics are really good, although only in 720p.

  • Good looks
  • Camera issues, English language track is absolutely horrendous
  • While the game isnt principally bad, it doesnt take a step out of the conventional box or do anything out of the ordinary. Graphically, its almost there but the gameplay felt like something Id seen from multiple PS2 games in the past. ...

  • Abstract:  Lets just get one thing straight from the off, Genji: Days of the Blade is not a great title. However, whatever failings Genji does have, its hard to fault the visuals of the title - something of an emerging theme among early PS3 releases. The Game R...

  • Great graphics and sound show off some of what the PlayStation 3 can do, Four considerably different playable characters plus multiple unique weapons, Some exciting boss battles and other impressive set pieces.
  • Level design is often dull, and sometimes frustrating and confusing, Repetitive hack-and-slash combat rarely demands much skill or finesse, Some noticeable cut corners throughout the story make the game feel rushed.
  • While this action adventure game flexes a bit of the PlayStation 3s graphical muscle with its mythical Japanese scenery, its rather shallow, derivative gameplay makes it difficult to recommend. ...
