Total War: Warhammer is the best Total War game in a long time. It harkens back to the Rome I and Medieval II type of Total War game, which have been considered some of be the best.Even though it has its kinks with things like not the best graphics, lack...
Warhammer past perfect bij Total War, Vier zeer diverse facties, Uitzonderlijk goede presentatie,
Gevechtsanimaties sluiten niet aan, De AI maakt soms rare sprongen
Total War: Warhammer doet bijna alles perfect. Een uitzonderlijk hoge productiewaarde laat de Warhammer-wereld er prachtig uitzien en evenzogoed klinken. De balans is ondanks de introductie van magie en de grote rol van Lords piekfijn in orde en de game l...

Abstract: I was so ready to hate this game. Here, prior to last week, were my thoughts on Total War: Warhammer: Yet here I am, the finished product in my hand, and I'm a changed man. My misgivings counted for nothing. This is the best Total War game in years, and I...
Markedly different factions, with unique styles of play, Some stabs at broad-brush storytelling within the Total War framework
The RTS side of things is still bare-bones and sometimes broken, A bit less sandbox-y than previous Total Wars
But it's so much more than just Total War. Even with Attila making good on some of Rome II's promise, I found myself dreading drawn-out engagements and increasingly bored with the Total War formula. Total Warhammer doesn't tamper with much, but it inj...
It all plays out to make the battles feel more dynamic and interesting than anything that's come before it, perhaps more interesting than most RTS games I've ever played. There are still the inherent problems of Total War past: it can be quite slow moving...

Diverse, compelling races, Massive battles with plenty of strategy, A true-to-Warhammer presentation, Magic adds interesting dimension to battles
Diplomacy and management slow down action, A lack of clarity in some areas
Total War: Warhammer mixes computer and tabletop effortlessly into a fantasy bloodbath. With four diverse races, plenty of character and a promise of much to come, it's hard to not recommend this to anyone who's ever dreamed of playing armchair general in...

With the most exciting and varied combat yet for a Total War game, offering magic, aerial units and huge creatures, the battles are some of the most spectacular you will have ever seen in a strategy game
A little too streamlined in the grand strategy aspect of the game, Warhammer: Total War does feel a little too shallow with it suffering from a low number of factions/starting positions and a shalllow economy
