  • Very easy mounting system no need to remove motherboard, Comes with a very quiet 120mm fan and controller to tune to your liking, Premium thermal paste included, Beats the Intel stock heatsink in cooling, Great for mild overclocking
  • Is not for the extreme overclocker, Unbalanced heatpipe system, Not for Quad-Core overclocked systems
  • Sunbeamtech has some huge shoes to fill given the last great cooler marketed under the Tuniq brand name. The Tuniq Tower 120 is what I am referring to, and it is a stellar heatsink to use and beats the heat really well. So the Core-Contact Freezer is ...

  • I’m reserving final judgment until I can try this out on another board as I feel it has some potential for a sub $40 cooler. ...

  • Abstract:  Sunbeamtech is the company behind the Tuniq Tower 120 heatsink which ruled our performance charts for quite some time. So when they send over their latest high end CPU Cooler we definitely take notice. In our test today we take a closer look at the Core...

  • What is there to say about the Sunbeam Core-Contact Freezer? For starters, we can talk about the design of the cooler. I was impressed with the aerodynamics of the cooler, a seemingly simple "X" design actually helped out quite a bit when it came to g...

  • The Core Contact Freezer is an excellent cooler for value. Its intention is not to look pretty but rather to perform well. It features four copper heat pipes running through a block of aluminium fins with an interchangeable 120mm fan blowing air strai...
