Versatile, Viewfinder AND a tilting screen, Powerful for a compact
Expensive for a compact, Limited zoom range
If you already own the RX100 IV, there's no real need to buy the RX100 V – it's just too similar. However, it's also an improvement, if a slight one, over that already superb compact camera, which makes it one of the best point-and-shoots on the market...

The Sony RX100 V is an excellent small compact camera that delivers impressively high quality results thanks to it 1-inch type stacked sensor and a host of other class-leading technology that has been squeezed in. The pop-up viewfinder is extremely useful...
1000 fps HFR video capture, 24 fps continuous AF still photos, Pop-up EVF to help shooting in harsh lighting,
No touch screen
Sony RX100 V remains as the most advanced compact camera, allowing casual photographers to capture HFR footages and continuously focus and capture moving objects at 24 fps. If these 2 features are not important, then there are other brands and models that...
The Sony CyberShot RX100 MkV improves on existing camera design and features, while adding new capabilities to the mix. The asking price is a bit steep, no doubt, but if you do decide to go with this camera, it is no doubt one of the best point and shoot...
