  • Great sounding, On/off control well implemented, aptX connectivity.
  • Unresponsive touch controls, No battery notification, Noise cancellation could be better
  • The Sennheiser PXC 550s manage to achieve that full-bodied Sennheiser sound we've come to expect, but some of their other features leave a little to be desired...

  • Abstract:  Early last month, Sennheiser revealed a successor to the highly-regarded – but now quite old – PXC 450 noise-canceling travel headphones. The stylish PXC 550 s come with an integrated rechargeable battery instead of two AAA-sized replaceables, touch panel...

  • A full-featured, full-sized, yet fairly compact, Bluetooth, ANC headset that plays in the same price and specifications space as Bose Quiet Comfort 35 or Parrot Zik 3.Comparisons are subjective but it is as good at noise reduction as the Bose, it has the...

  • Rich, balanced, and detailed sound, DSP effects offer powerful bass when you want it, Sennheiser's best noise cancellation yet, Sleek, portable design, Automated controls
  • Awkward switch locations, Noise cancellation doesn't quite match Bose, Pricey
  • With impressive sound performance, a sleek and comfy design, and Sennheiser's best noise cancellation yet, the new PXC 550 are primed to be your next set of travel cans...

  • Great sound quality, Immense features roster, Effective, customisable noise cancellation
  • ANC bettered by Bose, Expensive, Very slight hardness to mids
  • The Sennheiser PXC 550 are a set of high-quality active noise cancellation headphones with a boat-load of features – but they come at a price...

  • The Sennheiser PXC 550 Wireless is very comfortable, relatively lightweight over-ear wireless headphone that sounds very good and features impressive noise-cancellation technology. It has touch controls and delivers excellent performance as a headset. Goo
  • It's pricier than the Bose; while the sound quality is excellent for Bluetooth, it's lacking that little bit of extra sparkle and definition (Sennheiser's own Momentum II Wireless sounds better)
  • While it doesn't quite eclipse the less-expensive Bose, the Sennheiser PXC 550 Wireless headphone is comfortable and feature packed, and performs very well...
