  • Simple to load music to it — just drag and drop the files to the device's folders, sounds good and is inexpensively priced
  • Beefier clip and a stronger case; would benefit from the ability to create playlists on the fly for all media

  • You'd forget you were wearing it if you didn't have earbuds in, so it's a fantastic running or gym player. A lot of bells and whistles for something so small, including a stopwatch (with lap timer). Also: FM radio, voice recorder, microSD expandable stora
  • If you shake the Sansa Zip, something rattles a little inside. This probably shouldn't happen. When you're running, the small (1.1 inch) low-res screen is very hard to read, and it's quite dim which makes it pretty bad in bright sunlight. Not waterproof/s

  • Abstract:  The SanDisk Clip Zip is a nice update to the popular Clip line of MP3 players.  It sounds great and weighs almost nothing.  It's been our preferred player for taking on runs for several years now.  It's hard to beat this player for under $50.The Clip Zip...

  • Inexpensive, especially for 8GB of storage, 1,1-inch screen makes navigation easy and displays album art, Easy to set up and use, Storage is expandable, FM radio and Rhapsody integration,
  • Slow to boot up, Bundled earbuds are poor quality and uncomfortable,
  • The SanDisk Sansa Clip Zip is a solid budget MP3 player, small enough to clip to a shirt and sturdy enough to survive your workouts. And it offers much more than the same-price iPod shuffle. ...

  • The SanDisk Sansa Clip Zip is an audio Swiss Army Knife that plays most audio formats, works with audiobook and subscription music services, can be used as a voice recorder, and tunes in to FM radio--all for under $50
  • You get what you pay for in terms of construction quality
  • SanDisk's tongue-twister of an MP3 player is a stupefying value and its practical clip-on design is perfect for the gym.

  • MicroSD card slot; excellent sound; twice the storage space of comparable iPod Shuffle; unprotected AAC iTunes support
  • Low-res color screen doesn't do justice to cover art
  • While we question the usefulness of the added color screen, the Sansa Clip Zip is a smart iPod Shuffle alternative, with gym-friendly features and support for unprotected iTunes files. ...
