  • Graphics, play 13 others online
  • Nothing new
  • For us Ridge Racer 7 is not a disappointment, but just a title that has played it so safe that youll either buy it and play it for days on end or have a couple of goes and be wanting your money back

  • Abstract:  In this ever evolving world of hyper-realism and high-definition hoo-hah, you can always rely on Ridge Racer to take things back to basics. Flying in the face of Gran Turismos beneath-the-bonnet tinkering and the over-the-top mud bath that is MotorSto...

  • Great frame rate leads to a fast sense of speed, team-based online racing modes are neat and innovative, Car customization and slipstreaming add new depth to the series.
  • Most of the games tracks appeared in Ridge Racer 6, Gameplay wont be intuitive to those unfamiliar with the series.
  • Ridge Racer 7 introduces some great new additions that make this the most significant update Namcos arcade-style racing series has seen in years. ...

  • Abstract:  It’s been over thirteen years since the first Ridge Racer entered the gaming world. The opening instalment was original out in the arcades. A year later it became a launch title for Sony’s PlayStation system. Since then a Sony console launch has always...

  • Abstract:  It just wouldnt be a Sony console launch without a new Ridge Racer game, and although the latest installment in the popular racing series doesnt quite set the world on fire, it proves that the number 7 is pretty lucky after all.

  • Abstract:  Speeding down city streets, you cut off one driver while slipping in between two others. You reach for your horn but there isnt one. You reach for your brakes at the sight of a sharp corner, then shrug your shoulders and drive into it at full speed. A...

  • Its Ridge Racer on PS3, displaying at up to 1080p, with fantastic multiplayer and very well-implemented leaderboards.
  • Its still last years 360 launch title with a few tweaks, so its not a sequel in the true sense; doesnt look so hot on standard-def TV.
