  • Outstanding, movie-friendly picture quality, Plenty of features, ISF certified, Good value
  • Drab design, USB HDD support too limited
  • Panasonic gave its plasma TV range a timely boost last year with the introduction of new brightness-boosting, energy-saving, colour-enhancing NeoPDP technology.A technology considered good enough, in fact, to port over to 2010, where it features in Pan...

  • Panasonic have once again demonstrated that there is a good deal of mileage left in Plasma technology. While Plasma aficionados will love this screen, the combination of sharper performance and good value will also appeal to all.Panasonic TX-P42G20 ...

  • Ingen revolution, men med betydliga förbättringar sedan föregångaren G10. Så sammanfattas G20 av sina testare. Förbättringarna ligger i färgåtergivning, svärta och funktionalitet....

  • Conveniently integrated HD TV tuners, Deep blacks and excellent contrast levels, Decent remote and interface.
  • Regular plastic looks, Some slight fizzing and softness in the detail
  • Freesat and Freeivew HD tuners make this a well specified plasma TV that handles fast flowing footy very well at the expense of some fine detail resolution.

  • In many respects this is Panasonic’s finest plasma, very reasonably priced and serving up supremely good HD images with sport and Blu-ray movies. It’s also adept with standard def sources including its own Freesat and Freeview tuners.

  • Great picture quality; sturdy build quality; decent Internet features; slick user interface
  • Built-in speakers are dreadful; fairly expensive; some picture-processing modes are too heavy-handed
  • We like the Panasonic Viera TX-P50G20B a great deal. Its performance with Blu-ray movies is really impressive, as is its handling of high-definition freesat and Freeview channels. Its design isn't very exciting, though, and Panasonic has a little way ...

  • It seems to us that the best bits of Pioneer Kuro technology acquired by Panasonic have been reserved for higher-end models such as the forthcoming V20 and VT25 series, because as far as black-level performance on the Panasonic TX-P42G20 is concerned, any...

  • Picture Quality, Shadow detail, THX mode, Functionality and USB HDD recording, Better daytime PQ than 2009 models
  • Outofbox settings, Remote control, phosphor trailing, Inputs facing backwards
  • Panasonic G20 builds on Panasonic's design tradition, and although the TV is a bit thinner in 2010 Panasonic has kept the glossy black look with round and soft edges. On the other hand most of you consumers out there will probably be pleased by the fact t...
