  • Articulated screen, Four aspect ratios, Advanced HD mode with manual controls, Buttons customization,
  • High noise in low light, Insufficient grip with large lenses, Small buffer for burst mode, Poor image quality straight out of the camera

  • The DMC-GH2 is one of the best micro four third cameras we’ve tested, it’s a great performer in terms of both still images and video capture. ...

  • Blazing autofocus. Faster bit rates for better HD video quality. Touchscreen tracking lets you pull focus in video using just your pinkie. Superb mic for outdoor shooting
  • Featureladen to the point of feeling bloated. Pricey

  • Digital SLR-style body will appeal to DSLR fans, Loads of exterior controls for adjusting still and video functionality, Full 1,920 x 1,080i HD video in AVCHD mode, High-quality "Cinema" mode gives 1080p video, at 24 fps, Higher-bandwidth rec...
  • Overly complicated and confusing camera takes a long time to figure out, Movie recording cuts off nearly a second beforethe start/stop button was pressed (easy to work around, but a nuisance nonetheless), Differences between still and video frame sizes...
  • It's almost as unfair to call the 16-megapixel Panasonic GH2 an SLR-style camera as it is to call it a Compact System Camera (CSC). The Panasonic GH2 is actually a true photo/movie hybrid, straddling the ground between a still camera and a camcorder. A...

  • 28 mm wideangle, Great touchscreen display, Excellent video in 1080i
  • Uses unusual 2.5 mm mic input, Autofocus is quiet, but not very fast, Very average sensitivity, Not much use for the 24p mode, No progressive zoom
  • The GH2 produces excellent quality HD video which looks great in wide-angle. Its autofocus struggles a bit when the subject moves and a 3.5 mm mic input would be a better choice. You can still turn out very good films with it though....

  • Autofocus in video mode. Inbuilt stereo audio recording. Great HD video recording
  • Average quality 14-42mm kit lens. AVCHD video file format cumbersome for film-makers
  • The Lumix DMC-GH2 is a great way to shoot high-quality video and stills without having to fork out the money for two cameras....
