  • Superslim chassis; inventive design
  • Weak battery life; large footprint; no SD card slot
  • Dell's high-concept Adamo XPS deserves credit for taking some serious design risks. It's a cool conversation piece, but poor battery life keeps it from being terribly useful ...

  • Allaluminum exterior, Elegant looks, Great build quality, Very thin, light, Nice keyboard
  • Battery life, Just two USB ports
  • The Dell Adamo XPS sells for Rs. 1,50,000. Compared to the Apple MacBook Air, you get higher system memory and hard drive space on the Adamo XPS, not to mention Windows 7 operating system. If battery life's not a huge concern, and you want to flaunt o...

  • Very flat, Very quiet, Very cool, High quality materials, Good mobility, Good application performance, Digital screen connection
  • Reflextive display surface, stationary display, limited stability, no UMTS available, 40-Wh battery not available in Europe, limited battery life, small flaws in the workmanship on our tester, few interfaces
  • In order to make such a thin case a reality, Dell had to make a few compromises. The tilt of the keyboard and the at times unstable footprint resulting from it could conflict with some habits and demands. Though the standard display is bright, it suffers...

  • Slim body,
  • Battery life is quite weak,
  • We won’t recommend you this notebook basically because the battery life is poor. We don’t know what Dell where thinking when they made this notebook. On one hand the body is super slim in order to make it ultra portable and then the battery life is se...

  • World's thinnest laptop is only 1cm thick, but has plenty of processing power and fast performance,
  • It would be preferable if they keys were illuminated for use in dimly lit places.
  • Bigger screen display, intuitive user interface and processing means this laptop is a contender....

  • Abstract:  Video Review: The Adamo by Dell is the world's thinnest laptop, which means Chris Hardwick and Alison Haislip are all over the device to check out its unique design (0.4" thin?!), 4 gigs of RAM, 128 gig solid state drive and more for a $2,000....

  • To call this a stunning feat of engineering would do a disservice to Dell’s design team. The Adamo XPS is a truly jaw-dropping gadget. It’s impossibly light and so thin as to make the MacBook Air look like a bit of a porker. But it’s the...
  • Like the Dell Adamo and MacBook Air before it, the Dell Adamo XPS is compromised by its size zero quest. The overhang means the camera is exposed to the elements, meaning it gets scratched easily. Not great if you’re a fan of video chat and your mat...
  • The Dell Adamo XPS is one of the most beautiful gadgets money can buy. But you’ll need around £1,750 just to get the basic model. And what you’re essentially nabbing is a very slick looking, more powerful netbook. Yes, it’s impossib...
